Meditation

Finding time and space for meditation every day can be truly transformative.

 

EVERYONE can meditate, it simply takes practice.

Sound healing

The healing power of sound healing has long been established. Sound healing uses the vibrations of various different instruments, such as crystal bowls, Tibetan bowls, tuning forks and drums (among many others) to relax your mind and body. It is known to lower blood pressure and respiratory rates and help bring the mind and body back to equilibrium.

 

Humanity has been sitting in circle for time immemorial, and gathering together with others to receive the vibrations produced by the instruments can bring about a profound sense of wellbeing. For those who find it hard to meditate it can be an excellent first step to calming the mind and body as the sound helps to keep the mind occupied.
