On the Power of meditation workshop you will discover just how important meditation is for our wellbeing. How it takes our focus away from the busyness of our everyday lives and into the eternal calm that resides within us. Meditation is EASY to learn, it just takes practice, and even just a few minutes a day can be transformational to your health.
On this workshop you will learn:
How to meditate!
Why meditating is SO much easier than you think.
Examples of the different ways to meditate: guided, mantra, breath, visualisation.
The power of the breath in meditation.
How to access healing during the meditative state.
How to use meditation to connect with spiritual helpers.
How to be fully present in your life.
- Ways you can improve your physical, mental and emotional health with meditation.
Whether you are a complete beginner, or have some experience of meditation, this workshop is a day for you to have fun with other like-minded souls and gain confidence in your meditative skills.
*Online workshops are hosted with Zoom, and the workshops is split into three parts, over three consecutive Wednesdays.*

The investment for the course is early bird £75.
Location: On booking, you will be sent the invitation link to the Zoom sessions.
You will need: A notebook and pen and a willingness to meditate. Make sure you are sitting somewhere comfortably as there will be practical sessions.
